      Just 1 benefit of timely pay.

      Cons

      IF you can not work overtime then you can't grow in this company. No Management Very less pay according to market standards. Seniors have no knowledge of technologies.

      treats u like family, managers are great, good salary structure based on incentives.

      works as a consultancy in us which is its main domain, software development department is pretty premature right now.
