Worst pay scale ever. Make you take shots, 30 webinars , 2 inservices and exceed expectations for a 30 cent raise, On an already low pay Position. You cannot auth there and not need assistance. The directors are oblivious and indifferent to the low moral their micro management and miniscule budgets cause. Ceo's profit hundreds of thousand and refuse to pay a living wage or provide a good budget for the departments of the Bethesda homes. They create 36 hour positions and call it part time so they can refuse benefits.
