Pros

The company offers a wealth of knowledge to help educate their Managers with classes and training at their institute.

Cons

Pay is awful. As a Manager making less than mid 30s a year and had over 10 staff. Most of my staff was paid minimum wage or just a little over and worked very hard. They could make more money at McDonalds doing less. It was horrible as a manager to give staff 9 cent raise annually. Managers raises weren't much better. Bethesda should be ashamed.
