      Pace can be slow at times – Decision-making is very thoughtful, which sometimes means things take longer to move forward. Processes are still maturing – As a growing company, not everything is fully buttoned up yet, but it’s improving. Change can be frequent – Priorities may shift as the company evolves, which can be a challenge if you prefer a more structured or predictable environment.

      Pros

      Everyone here really cares—not just about the work, but also about the people they’re helping. I’ve yet to meet someone who isn’t willing to lend a hand to support the mission.

      Cons

      I don’t really see it as a con, but since the roles are remote, you do need to be able to work and think independently. The team is always there to support you when you need it, but being self-motivated, disciplined, and confident really helps—and those are things you’ll build over time.

      * Companywide offsites every 6 months * Supports an industry that you can feel proud to be a part of helping

      Cons

      * Below-average vacation policy * Cliquish teams with no flexibility in culture * Unclear objectives - almost as if you are hired to fill a role that hasn't been defined, only with a business goal in mind that doesn't fully align with the role advertised * Communication or feedback that disagrees with the majority opinion is not received * So many meetings you'll spend more time talking with your remote peers than you would at an in-person office job
