      Pros

      The people are not only wonderful humans but they are incredibly smart and challenge me to be better. The work is hard but it's exciting and I have the freedom to innovate and am encouraged to try new things. Personally, my BetterUp coach has changed my life. To know that I'm part of building something that can changes millions of lives makes me feel excited to get up every morning and contribute towards our mission. Collaboration is encouraged and is a big part of our culture. It's so fulfilling having the opportunity to solve complex problems as a team. Hierarchy doesn't matter, all ideas are considered and anyone can add value to any project around the company. We have more manager development and leadership training than I've had anywhere else, and it's different than anything I've experienced before. I'm learning new frameworks for thinking that are helping me as a leader and as a human.

      Cons

      Being at a high growth scale up is intense and sometimes it can be hard to find the balance with other things I enjoy in life. It takes extra work each week to make sure I'm keeping myself grounded.
