      Pros

      - The smartest, inspiring and kind people I have ever worked with - A very strong mission which brings everyone together - A strong culture - within teams and across the company where we get together in person multiple times a year to form strong connections

      Cons

      - Incredibly fast-paced with frequent changes - not for everyone - People are often on the edge of burnout

      Pros

      - smartest, most thoughtful and kind people I've worked with. - Very intentional culture - all hands calls where strategy is discussed are always so transparent and insightful - fantastic mission and strong direction for the company

      Cons

      - intense work culture - you need to have boundaries and be able to stay firm on them or the work will not stop. My advice is to not attach your value/worth to the work and find intrinsic motivation for the work. As other reviews have stated, it is not for everyone but the company is transparent about that - work will at times be intense and difficult, but that is at times necessary to accomplish what the company wants to
