Pros
BetterUp is a very good place to work, with intelligent and caring leaders who invest in their teams and push us to do our best work. The work is pretty challenging but meaningful compared to your run of the mill SaaS company. Most people have a lot of energy and passion around their jobs, and it’s inspiring to be part of a company that’s making a tangible impact on peoples lives with our coaching platform. I’m excited and optimistic about BetterUp's future and the business outlook and I'm proud to contribute to its mission.
Cons
Not really a con, but there was a decent amount of turnover on the leadership team in the last year or so, which concerned me at the time. However, the replacements/new additions to the team are really solid and capable and are a major upgrade from what we had before, so it's been a big positive and I think they're taking the company in the right direction.
