Open culture with feedback mechanisms directly to leaders and accountability to make change. You will learn more here in your first month than the last six months as your previous job.
Cons
The fast pace of a high-growth startup is not for everyone. There is no such thing as "that's not my job". If you are not willing to collaborate, jump in and stretch yourself, as well as take direct candid feedback, this likely isn't the place for you.
