      In my time at BetterUp, I've grown significantly as an individual and leader due to the opportunity to take on the most impactful work of my career. BetterUp's high bar for craftsmanship means long hours and challenging work, but it is rewarding as I've seen the direct contribution it can have on helping others live with more meaning and purpose.

      Cons

      There are growing pains typical of other fast paced, high growth companies. Opportunities around manager enablement, cross-functional visibility and org. prioritization.
