      Pros

      People are really caring about their colleagues, top leadership team are very inspirational but at the same time accessible, there is a strong culture with values and behaviors which truly reflect the reality So much passion and energy and everyone is eager to welcome you so that you belong in the company BetterUp reward its employees with a lot of benefits including the salary but also recognition

      Cons

      The only thing I see is that you have to be in the mindset of an agile learner and be willing to unlearn things and it can be not confortable for everyone
