The pace and level of challenge isn't right for everyone, you need to thrive in a high performance culture which is evolving rapidly, however there are plenty of opportunities to 'do the work' on yourself with your coach. If you're willing and energised by learning and being your best self, then it will be the easiest place you've ever worked. But if you're not one that thrives in ambiguity, or you don't really dig feedback and hard work, then BetterUp may not be the right spot for you.
