      Where to start : Zero trust between the colleagues, the managers or especially inner circle AFs (alexis flu44ers) Product is coaching Coaches are contractors that work for every other competitor This is not a SaaS company This is not blue ocean. There is NOTHING innovative about Betterup just the marketing hype is different from the others. Get the coach directly and save yourself and the coach a fortune and all this baloney Founders hate each other Founders are disliked and untrusted by 95% of staff apart from the AFs Lots of the sales team are B players and wouldn’t get a job outside BU hence they cling on. Lots of the mgmt wouldn’t get a job outside of BU hence they cling on Investors must be pissed

      - diverse workforce - purpose and mission in the work - evolving platform strategy aligned to customer needs

      - often changing sales leadership and strategies - misaligned marketing resources and support - too many "last minute' requests - too much reliance on "self-service" as the only approach to supporting field sales org.
