      Pros

      Great people, sincerely. Lots of intelligent, kind, caring, hard working people trying to get things done. Good work life balance and managers of ICs are caring and compassionate.

      Cons

      Constant changes in strategy and re-orgs cause whiplash. 2 big layoffs 6 months apart. Senior leadership doesn't connect with lower level leadership on decision making and communication often is very poor about why decisions are made. Lots of burn out and stress.
