      Hmmmmmm just go back and read the negative reviews. 99% of them are spot on and not just from current and ex disgruntled employees.

      Pros

      Despite being a cult like company, they attract amazing talent (who will leave fairly quickly) but you will get to work with some amazing people, even if only for a brief time. Don't believe me, ask about company tenure in your interview

      The list is endless, check out other one star reviews for the truth. Most 5 star reviews are fake- done to try to bury the truth

      Very few, started out positive.

      Cons

      Leadership plays favouritism at all levels. They keep on changing their messaging and then when expectations are not met, the core performance related issues. Very poor communication for an organization that should pride itself based on their solutions they deploy.
