      Great mission, leadership could improve

      I loved my team. Smartest, purpose and mission-driven individuals I have worked with.

      Cons

      Everyone seemed to be onboard with the mission, but it was poorly executed in the way teams were managed. Middle management was fired without any notice and there was very little regard towards the psychological safety of the team. No clear career path left SDRs scrambling for the few and sporadic open opportunities there were and most had to pursue opportunities elsewhere.

      The people are amazing, hard-working, and passionate. We have an incredible mission and a great product.

      Cons

      The sales organization is under an extreme amount of pressure as we move towards an IPO. Sales is being held to lofty, unachievable goals.
