      Great platform to coach. They provide you and the coaches with great resources and materials. Easy to navigate and connect with people.

      The workload is not high, by this I mean, the influx of new clients is very slow and limited.

      I feel that the company strategy is being tied to the work I do and I've felt a shift in empowerment on this front and connectedness. We're getting challenged more on what we're working on and how it ties to business outcomes and it helps us scale on impact.

      Cons

      Pace and at times, over commits leads to slower delivery due to context switching.
