Great team to work with.

Cons

Pay cuts / Commisons lowered significantly and quotas doubled. Paid less for more. Without transparency upfront.

Some great coaches you and clients can work with. And some very talented team, especially here on West Coast.

Cons

Awful culture! Very weak sales management, no accountability. Executive team out of touch with reality and the "dream" to IPO. Severe turnover for reps and getting worse with the mandatory performance plans.
