      The recruitment, interview, and onboarding process are extensive. I felt like I was being positioned for success as a candidate from the first conversation! With any growing technology unicorn, there is an expectation that you exceed performance expectations, but here, there is also a significant focus on culture. You must be intelligent and capable, but also empathetic, mission-driven, and oh yeah, leave the ego behind!
