Work culture is only good(in terms of office hours only ) in corporate office Unlimited leaves- No one asks why are you taking leaves During 1st lockdown no one was terminated/no offers were retracted, and no salary was deducted even if the employee didn't worked for more than 90days

I joined at project site office sharing my experience of Beumer india pvt Ltd No site allowances (All the money saved goes into managers performance bonus and only managers get bonus for your hard work) No time limit of work No/Less trainings No involvement in meetings/Technical knowledge No work from home even at the times of COVID -19 Peak Laptops were ordered after covid-19 ended and follow ups. Unprofessional managers both at site and head office 100% favoritism 100% politics No relocation bonus No policy for overtime work No policy for variable payouts Very poor management -- Only fake kindness
