Pros

Big company with well defined procedures. Can be mildly flexible

Cons

HR is a circus show. The make out they are a family oriented company. It's not really true. Projects (before Covid wiped them out) were a poorly run, high stress environment. New management since Jan 2021 might have made a difference. They expect you to give more than your pay grade (do a higher positions job without the pay rise to go with it). Lots of verbal promises on employment that are not honoured (raises, new positions etc)

Profile type work not available .HR always lying and managers are not educated and upto date. They have no knowledge and HR always making fool specially new HR Team.
