Pros

When it is not busy, it is quite chill.

Cons

Im a TO and i was offered the same pay as a Technician. HR will play around with you. Now i realised having a Diploma and a Higher Nitec Cert is about the same. It is unfair.

Good for the ones who re preparing for government exams. Work load is less. Can claim overwork. Saturday Sunday full off.

Cons

Working environment not good. Compensation is too low. Even persons at higher position get very low compensation.
