      You get to work from home

      Cons

      2-4% employee retention should tell you everything. You will quit once you find out they lie about everything, and steal your hard earned money through their BS policies, they are highly unorganized and you cannot get the same answer from different management. The dangle the carrot in front of you with only a small chance of getting it. They go against their own policies and play favoritism. Their management goes unchecked and gets away with things most corporations wouldn’t allow.

      Great remote work but harsh management and turnover

      Remote work is great. Manager was great

      Cons

      Not enough encouragement from management. They just shove reports in your face all day long and tell you to meet the requirements or you’ll lose your job. Started with 34 people in class ended with like 14. Then I got fired without even a warning for being 3 minutes under my call time for the month after having system issues all day long the day before which would’ve prevented me from being 3 minutes under if they could get their janky phone system fixed.
