Pros

I have been working for this company for almost 2 years and there have been a lot of great things that come out of it. The community and leadership are very caring and understandable. The bonuses are something to always strive for. Never a dull day here.

Cons

The calls during understaffed days can get overwhelming.

Pros

I had a great group of teammates while in the first step of training & the second part was awesome I had a group of ladies we would stay after hours to help each other understand what we might not didn't get in class.

Cons

The metric is a lot of pressure because of the strict, unrealistic times they want you on the phone with a client. OMG!! sick time needs more days and should not count against your absents points but it does with or without an excuse.
