Great line level people to work with. Prior management highly valued employees. Company in transition since laying off over 500+ people in 2020.

Cons

High turnover at company. High pressure.

not transparent with commission structure and resulted in it changing all the time.

Pros

Allowed to work fully remote. Given company MacBook. Some nice team members. Virtual cocktail making event.

Cons

CEO created toxic culture and negative energy. Upper management constantly in flux. My manager never interviewed me - given different boss first day of work. Manager provided horrible onboarding and training - virtually nonexistent. Manager had attitude from first day and was not easy to talk to. Company moved at very rapid pace and everyone was overloaded trying to meet deadlines. Development teams refused to work on certain tasks and would create unnecessary friction. High turnover - many people quit after a month or two. Had to work late hours to get work done (day filled with nonstop meetings). Discouraged from taking PTO - told I would have to work from vacation spot.
