      No Pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      New "management team" Former NDR employees are now holding job titles of director, managers. People that have never held those positions before. Clueless as to how to run a debt settlement department. They talk to the staff they supervise using foul language and with no sense of direction. Terrible place to work at now. It is only Beyond Finance in name only now.. Way different then the class A organisation that it was when I started my employment there 4 years ago.

      Poor communication from the management; the company hides important information from clients; management doesn't take accountability for their mistakes and takes it out on their employees.

      Great co-workers, remote for now, monthly contests.

      Cons

      This company is going completely downhill with some of the changes they put into place. If you are a professional salesperson, avoid it because you are not what they want. They want people who are inexperienced that they can basically brainwash into believing their way is the only way to sell & if you aren't a fit meaning don't stay on their script, you are gone.
