      Pros

      Joining Beyond Finance has been a real blessing, with the fact that you are able to help so many people who are going through some really difficult moments in their life on a daily basis. The training that is given when you join the company is high quality and really sets you up for success. With a team culture that promotes collaboration and doing the right thing. Beyond is a place that you are happy to work for once you join the family. The work can be challenging at times but there is always someone willing to help. The benefits are great and the company pays well. I especially like the fact that they promote from within.

      Company is growing rapidly so there is a lot of changes.

      Pros

      Beyond helps clients through hardships especially at a hard time like this during COVID. I have read client hardships and understand why so many people cannot get out of debt alone. Every client I help feels amazing and the money is pretty great.

      Cons

      Growing pains with changes in leadership but it seems like the new people have good experience and knowledge

      Pros

      Your coworkers are great people, and management is very direct and responsive to questions and requests. You feel like you can positively impact clients' lives, and since the company is growing there's opportunity for career growth as well. The commission based environment is great for people who are go-getters who want control over their monthly income. Working from home over the last year has been a huge plus too.

      Cons

      Not a lot of flexibility when it comes to working hours, but you are limited to 40 hours/week Monday-Friday which helps with work/life balance.
