      Pros

      Working for Beyond Finance comes with opportunities to take ownership of issues and being a change-champion for continuous improvement. Executive management is open to new idea and opinions, and the working environment is one where the "best answer wins" regardless of title or role. Pay is excellent with multiple opportunities for bonus earning. Remote working is promoted, though the company encourages teams to meet quarterly for learning sessions, working groups, and team building.

      Calls can go fast once you know what to do.

      Cons

      They make you sell their product to people which isn’t a good product. They make customers believe that they are getting a good deal by stop paying their bills so they can negotiate a settlement for them.. what they don’t tell them is that their credit is about to tank.. there is no time frame for when they will start trying to negotiate for you, then they charge a ridiculous fee per enrolled creditor that you were better off just paying your bills or negotiating with the creditors directly!! It’s a joke.. and unethical
