This company is in its early growth stages and is managed by industry professionals with an ambitions vision. If you are someone who enjoys strategy, team building, and forging relationships in the financial world the opportunities at Beyond cannot be matched. I entered this industry with a degree in exercise and was welcomed by professionals willing to educate me and expand my skillsets. I have enjoyed broadening my work experience and have found value in an industry that serves others.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but this company is young! The work days can be busy and hectic but it is worth the energy investment to be in at the ground level of an ambitious team
