      Beyond is a young company that has seen huge growth over the past 2 years. This continued growth allows for many career opportunities as positions become available. Upper management tends to be very driven but very easy to communicate with.

      Cons

      The rate of growth has led to some shortcomings. Luckily, these things are slowly being worked on and improved.
