      Threaten to leave if you want to get anywhere in this company

      free food and no dress code

      Cons

      You literally have to give your notice in order for the people that run this place to do anything for you. Give your 2 weeks and then wait and they will come running to keep you and offer you the moon and the stars. If you don't threaten to leave tho you will get nothing. They love to use their employees and treat them like crap until they are about to leave. But get any promise they make you in writing or they will go back on it for sure.

      I've been working here just over 6 months and can honestly say this is the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is friendly and professional. The management team is very approachable and enjoys interacting with the team. There also seems to be a tremendous amount of growth opportunities.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and culture, with very sharp hard working people. Beyond is a fast pace company carving its own path in a competitive industry, and you need to adapt quickly to the changes. Not a place for the 9-to-5ers...in a good way.

      Cons

      Office floor has limited space, but we are growing faster than expected, so it’s a temporary inconvenience.
