Pros
This is the first time I genuinely feel compensated for my efforts in a company. You will be trained and coached for success both initially and ongoing. Beyond Finance provides the tools you need for your role and continues to access for improvements. If you like helping people then this is a chance to feel like you are helping people improve their circumstances.
Cons
This isn't exactly a con but you may not initially receive the shift you desire but the company is still willingly to work with you to find the best fit available.
