The culture at Beyond Finance is un-matched! I feel I've found a safe space in Corporate America that celebrates individuality and creativity. The filling of supervisor/management positions is performed within the company more times than not. I am a testament to this as I was able to accelerate my ability to climb to the ladder and became a salaried employee after only 10 months with the company. Consistent top performance is rewarded both lucratively and through recognition. There are many opportunities to gain insight into different teams' operations through the open-door sentiment that permeates through the culture at Beyond.
