      Great pay and management, but job security is shaky

      Pros

      The pros are Pay, great management, and WFH.

      Cons

      Most leads are bait and switch, and you have to convert them. Tour commission may be lowered due to bad company leads, which is out of your control. Like unqualified leads. Every 2 weeks there are queue changes and the possibility to be fire. You can be the best employee for years. A bad month can leave you without a job.

      pay is great.. they dont hold.money back from tou if you have a bad month

      Cons

      to is not the best pretty stingy with time off.. work life balance is out of wack. once your out of training, dont expect much coaching and development.
