I only made it a short while after training before realizing it was a terrible environment. I was immediately thrown into things that I had never been taught. I tried asking for help and was met with "use your resources" by my supervisor. YOU ARE MY RESOURCES. She seemed bored and annoyed by my questions. I would call the helpline hoping to get help and would be met with long hold times.
