Board is adding pressure to C level execs which applies further pressure on VPs and so forth which waterfalls to every day business employee Comparing abnormal sales years to current performance reverting culture back to what I was warned of before being hired back before 2019. The culture didn’t start out this way.

Low Pay, lack of communication, do not value employees, only give overtime to 3rd party companies rather than our employees in the State to save money. Promises of yearly bonus rarely happen and pay raises if they happen are around .25 a year. People that have invested years into the company are not paid what they are worth.
