Pros

Great health insurance, reliable work, secure company.

Cons

Overstock seems to care about social issues but they care less and less about their people. This is most evident with some new leadership. Overstock has shown record growth since the pandemic hit. While it is true that a modest pay increase was offered, as well as a performance-based bonus, this feels like a response to the industry to stay competitive with the likes of Amazon and Wayfair. However, they have ended their practice of transparency about employee incentives or seeking employee feedback on how these incentives are prioritized. They have not reinstated several benefits that have been suspended since the pandemic began. One of the most visible benefits, a raffle every year in October during their anniversary used to have things like paid vacations, big-screen TVs, furniture sets. This was an awesome thing to have before the holiday season kicked in as an employee here. This year they are offering only a selection of office equipment. Overstock cares less and less about its employees, a very bad look during the Great Resignation. While they have a good public stance on many social matters, actions speak louder than words.

Pros

work from home Somewhat flexible hours but this depends on how busy it is Club o sales can get you some serious extra cash but if you get promoted you are basically taking a pay cut since you dont make those sales anymore

Cons

corporate, you got things in your life that isnt covered by FMLA? sucks to suck. Pay isnt worth the people you deal with, you think fast food was bad? Call centers are WAY WORSE This is the kind of company that tries to be transparent except for when it doesnt make them look good
