Pros

The facility is fantastic. Everyone gets a standing desk and relatively good equipment. A lot of natural lighting. Hours tend to be flexible in terms of how early of late you come into work, and a lot of treams allow you to work from home (on the tech side) when you need to.

Cons

Management seems impulsive and unfocused. A lot of projects seem to start and end without much planning.

Pros

This job gives as much as you give yourself. I started from the bottom, and have had no difficulty moving up and making a career for myself. Management has been supportive, and any time I reach out, has been there to help. Great benefits. transparent upper management. Ask questions, work hard, and tell your supervisors where you want to go. I have yet to see anyone who has followed that formula not make it.

Cons

If you want to succeed you have to take your development into your own hands, which isn't always easy for everyone.
