      Pros

      This is one of the greatest places EVER. I have so much fun at work. I work many many long hours but and in many ways pays off year over year. And I get to travel a fair amount which is great for me and my industry. Stormy Simon is a great mentor and leader. Gives me a fair chances and lets me and my team think outside the box and tackle new challenges. She is a HUGE video advocate and knows how important it is for the future of eCommerce.

      Pros

      Overstock.com is great because of its amazing customer service and because of the strong talent they keep. They treat employees as customers, giving them trust and opportunities in powerful ways, from company-wide surveys to understanding management. Upper management visits often, so you get to know Patrick Byrne and the rest on a more approachable level than most companies. They know their business in and out and have a great outlook. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a career in a company that's intention is to grow, and thus push you to grow as well.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best, but that's because they focus more on caring for employees holistically, such as their new campus.
