Upper management seems to have had trouble growing up from their carefree years as a plucky Internet startup when simply being a web retailer guaranteed success to the mature and disciplined retailer that they'll need to become to thrive in the new landscape. Middle management often moves by intuition rather than by strategic edict. Tough to recommend to a friend in its current situation.

Have PTO? Too bad, you can't use it. Work/Home life balance is awful! Don't speak up or speak out about things that may be wrong, you will get fired. It's the new tyrant CS VP leader, don't let her fool you, she's the devil in disguise. The Overstock they once were and boasted about is dead. There's too many cons I could go on for days so I'll end it here.
