I enjoyed working with my team, fun people, learned a lot about off-price retailing.

Cons

A huge amount of lay-offs at the end of 2015. No security at this company whatsoever.

Layoffs are difficult and we do not take them lightly. While we must make difficult decisions sometimes we also work hard to rebound. Overstock is filled with great teams and individuals and we know our combined efforts will help us to succeed.

Pros

Open Floors give the feel of a good community for people not wanting to work in a cubicle. PTO and working from home perks are generous for my position.

Cons

You spend more time pulling relatively meaningless reports than you do provided insightful analysis for things that will actually impact the business.
