The team has the option for remote work if you are 60 miles outside of Utah. That’s the only pro if you can make it through the monthly layoffs

Cons

We have been 8 rounds of layoff in the last 13 months. If you’re still standing you’re time for your number to be called is next. After we have our new CEO and went through the branding update it’s been downhill.

the people hands down - benefits are decent as well.

Cons

They are in fight or flight mode constantly. Reduction in Force's happen every 2-3 months. They are running on 1/4 tank at this point. No one knows what is going to happen next. If you get hired, get on blind and see the POS that once was Overstock.com
