Improving culture, but concerns about long-term prospects of the Brand

-Strong work/life balance -Opportunity for growth - prove that you can own & grow the business and doors will open up for you (up to the director level). -Great location, very attractive for locals and people who like the outdoors

Cons

-No structured bonus program -No perks - very cut and dry -Hit-and-miss with talent and leadership at the company -Brand is very ambiguous, with Amazon dominating online retail, where does Overstock fit? Company still trying to figure this out

Pros

Pretty laid back work environment. You have to clock in and out but as long as you hit around 40 hours/week the schedule is a little flexible on your start and end times each day. They have some fun company activities and other morale boosting activities on a pretty regular basis. The people who work here are awesome!

Cons

Job can be mundane and boring. Editors are given very little responsibility besides dropping out background and uploading images to the website. The worst part is that they pay the photo team very little based on the skill set requirements and raises are so hard to come by. Its prob a good name to have on the resume but most people cannot afford to stay here very long before they find a better paying job.

The people are very nice to work with, made the experience tolerable. And the management was very flexible and understanding when I needed time off or if any issue came up.

Cons

Terribly boring work. There were many days with absolutely nothing to do, they basically paid me to watch TV and netflix. I would have loved to have actually had some work to do. definitely felt like a waste of time.
