      Pros

      Some of the Overstock.com pros would be: Great health benefits Great company attitude towards it's employees Sense of community So much knowledge A level of freedom you never get at other companies Overstock.com is very open to different ideas or perspective and often includes employees opinions or ideas.

      Cons

      Some of the cons I have found working at Overstock.com are: Sometimes the company will pay you less than you are worth comparative to other companies Constant moving of departments around the building

      I love that there is potential to grow within the company. It is a very freindly company and all of the employees seem to really enjoy their jobs. You can tell that the company really cares about every employee

      Cons

      It would be nice to have more cross training within the company.
