      Pros

      Overstock.com pays higher than any call center I've come across. The benefits are excellent! Overstock.com is #2 best customer service, It shows in the way us employees are treated here. We are treated with respect, there's lost of communication and that in turn affects the customer service that is provided to all of our customers! This company has lots of room for advancement, you really have to apply yourself and make sure you voice where you want to go.

      Cons

      Definitely high school like atmosphere here. But that is expected with a call center. Definitely something easy to get over though.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, the ability to work from home when sick or bad road conditions, great compensation and bonuses, paid training and certifications, cutting edge technology, longevity of employees, internal university for genernal business knowledge and skills.

      Cons

      The paid vacation is on the low end (2-3 weeks) and no sick days (even though some employees can work from home). That's about the worst I can say after working here for several years.

      The environment is like no other. Everyone around you works toward you succeeding you reach whatever goals you have in mind. People are incredibly friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Only downside I can even think of is that it is no fun with all of the sweepstakes we have that we can not submit a entry.
