If you enjoy a culture of being taken advantage of and drinking the kool-aid of we are the best because we do business different (prioritizing the tech over the shopping experience) than you will love it here!

Cons

management aren't expected to coach and manage--there are layoffs after the busy season every year--and you could stay in the same role for 20+ years with little to no advancement.

good benefits, awesome 401k match, on campus clinic and daycare

Cons

poor management, no rules/guidelines for promotions or demotions. It's even common for a small manager to play favorites, taking advantages from their direct reports. No transparency when any decision is made. It's hard/impossible to switch teams or roles.
