Engineering is full of brilliant and kind people - leadership in this area is top-notch

Cons

Engineering and sales are disconnected. It was a tech-driven company and after a change in executive level positions, the gap widened.

*Things move and change incredibly fast. A true start-up environment. Not a con, but something to be aware of when joining.
