Pros

A decent company all around. Work-life balance is good. I work with great people we respect and support me.

Cons

For the last year promotions are almost non-existent regarding developers. Its understandable considering the goals and pressure from the investors but it still leaves a bitter taste and affects motivation. I really hope things improve soon.

Shifts in the company focus arrived after VC money was received. Expected, but unfortunate.
