- Lead is lacking of experience and not properly trained to guide the whole team though there are many deserving employees who can be assigned as leaders. - Performance and promotion are reviewed based on favouritism and race. - Work is boring and not challenging at all. - No appreciation towards those who have contributed a lot. - Benefits are pretty basic.
