Beyondsoft is quickly growing, and looking to establish itself as a force to be reckoned with in Seattle and across the US. The company is actively trying to redefine its identity outside of its Chinese roots, and that takes time. Re-defining HR procedures, sifting through internal culture, and merging what was once a Chinese company into the American tech-consulting melting pot is no easy thing. Yes, there are pitfalls, and disconnection, and uncertainty about what that might look like… but aside from the occasional ruffled feathers and disconnect between inner-office staff? This place is a far-cry better than many alternatives in the Seattle area for technology consultants.
