Pros
Beyondsoft is a staffing provider for mainstream corporations. Interesting work with cross-training in several departments. Time off is generally available if u schedule it at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Work here if u really like computer teching, but not if u expect to be paid a high salary. One perk in that aspect is Beyondsoft pays 95% of cost of medical insurance. Employees pay ~$18 per paycheck.
Cons
Low-end pay is just about the only downer here. I applied for a job advertised at $23/hr but come hiring time I was only offered $20/hr. This is minimum wage in Vancouver. Rent around here is expensive so I have to live in rent-controlled apartments. I will never be able to buy a house working at Beyondsoft.
